FOUR men have been arrested after a body was found at an address in a UK seaside town centre.

Police were scrambled to a property in the centre of Whitby, Yorkshire, last night, after receiving reports a man in his 40s had been found unresponsive.

Officers gave the man CPR while an ambulance was sent to the property but, despite their best efforts, he tragically passed away at the scene.

The man’s family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

Four men have since been arrested in connection with the tragedy as cops launch a manslaughter probe.

A significant police presence remains in the area as the investigation into the death continues.
