ANDREW Mountbatten-Windsor’s “trusted money man” arranged for Jeffrey Epstein’s girlfriend to get into Buckingham Palace at short notice to see the Changing of the Guard.
David Stern asked Karyna Shuliak — who was due to receive millions of dollars in the paedophile’s will — to send her passport information for the visit in April 2016.
Stern, who was a director of Andrew’s Pitch@Palace project, emailed the Belarusian dentist: “It’s your first visit, right?
“Do you want to go Changing of the Guards on Wednesday?”
He secured “short notice” approvals for Karyna, then 26, and a female friend and met them near the palace.
Epstein thanked Stern saying: “I appreciate what you have planned.”

Newly released files show he channelled royal details to the paedophile until 2018.
Epstein replied to one of his final messages about Andrew saying: “Give him a hug.”
Disgraced financier Epstein left Karyna £74million and a 33-carat diamond ring — which he described as an engagement band.
His last phone call, hours before he died in his cell aged 66 in 2019, was to her.
