Want to experience BTS’s most-anticipated ARIRANG concerts, but can’t make it to Korea or Japan?
Now you can!
Trafalgar Releasing, HYBE, and BIGHIT MUSIC are bringing BTS to the big screens with two global live cinema broadcasts from their Goyang and Tokyo concerts in April. You can experience their full-length concerts from Goyang, South Korea (their second show on April 11), and Tokyo, Japan (their second show on April 18) at your local theater.
BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ LIVE VIEWING FROM GOYANG & TOKYO marks the group’s highly anticipated return to the global stage together since 2022. The concert features the tour’s spectacular, immersive 360-degree center-stage design, where you’ll get the best seat in the house. Members RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook have expressed their excitement over the upcoming concert on their Weverse LIVE, expressing how hard they’ve worked.
“This time will be special because of the 360-degree stage,” j-hope said during their group livestream last month. “It’s been a while since we’ve done it once before. There’s something about that that makes it feel really immersive.”
With over 3,800 locations across 80+ territories available to screen the broadcast, BTS fans – known as ARMY – will have every opportunity to take in BTS’s comeback. An official trailer for the event was released earlier today.
The live cinema broadcasts will take place on:
- Saturday, April 11 – BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN GOYANG: LIVE VIEWING
- Saturday, April 18 – BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN JAPAN: LIVE VIEWING
Screening times will vary by territory. Territories will screen each concert twice, with some screenings scheduled later to accommodate local time zones. Further live viewings are planned for later in the year. More details will be announced at a later date.
BTS then begins their world tour, BTS WORLD TOUR: ARIRANG, on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea, and then continues to 34 cities worldwide and 82 shows, setting a new record for the most tour dates by a K-pop artist.
Their upcoming fifth full-length album, ARIRANG, will be released on March 20, a day before their performance in Seoul’s historic Gwanghwamun Square, which will be streamed live on Netflix. The album reflects BTS’s journey from their debut in 2013 to now, and defines them on their own terms, spanning a wide range of emotions – like the meaning of behind the Korean word: ARIRANG.
