The Carolina Hurricanes are chasing the cup in the Stanley Cup Final. The series against the Vegas Golden Knights started Tuesday, June 2 at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh.
Series is tied 2-2 heading into Game 5 at the Lenovo Center. The teams have split wins at their home arenas.
No worries about cheering them on, there are a couple of watch parties while they’re on the road and at home.
Where to gather with other Caniacs
Outside the Lenovo Center South Plaza. The parking lot opens at 4:00 p.m.
Tailgating is permitted in the Lenovo Center parking lots and is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle.
You do have to pay for parking on home ice game days.
Red Hat Amphitheater ‘The Amp’
Sound the Siren in Downtown Raleigh at the Red Hat Amphitheater for Game 5 on Thursday, June 11.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and you don’t need to bring your lawn chair. Wear your favorite Canes gear and get ready to cheer as loud as you can! This event is free and open to the public – rain or shine.
Enjoy Canes-themed items on the menus at the bars and food truck. Come hungry – we’ll have the Red Hat Amp food truck and concessions cooking up some face-off favorites.
Seating for fans will be in Sections 1-7, or you bring a small blanket to sit on the lawn. The venue’s standard clear bag policy will be in effect. Click on Downtown Raleigh Alliance for more details.
Smoky Hollow (Downtown Raleigh)
Smokey Hollow has held a watch party through all the Stanley Cup Final games so far.
Location: 500 N. West Street in Downtown Raleigh. According to its website, parking is limited, and they encourage using Rideshare for drop off and pick up.

Town of Cary
The Town of Cary is getting in on the watch party fun as the Carolina Hurricanes eye a Stanley Cup title.
If you live in Cary, you’re invited to Downtown Cary Park for the free event on the Great Lawn.
Cary will host watch parties for Game 5 on Thursday, as well as Game 6 on Sunday, and again if there is a Game 7.
A Game 7 would be Wednesday. All games start at 8 p.m. and are televised on ABC11.
People are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Beer, wine, and other refreshments will be available for purchase at The Bark Bar. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Expect increased traffic in the area during this time and plan to allow extra time for parking.
