Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones and girlfriend Nicole Elattrache have made their relationship Instagram official.

Elattrache, 30, posted a pair of photos via her Instagram Story in honor of Jones’ 29th birthday, which he celebrated on Wednesday, May 27.

“Happy birthday, Daniel,” she wrote over the first slide, showing the two of them at the Kentucky Derby.

“I love you,” she added on the next slide, which showed the pair dancing and holding hands.

Jones shared the second slide via his account as well, letting his 304,000 followers know he is off the market.

It’s unclear when the pair started dating, but their time at Duke University overlapped. Jones was a Blue Devils quarterback from 2015 to 2018 and Elattrache was on the volleyball team from 2014 to 2017.

The Colts are in the midst of their voluntary OTAs, or organized team activities. Jones, who is recovering from an achilles injury he suffered at the end of last season, spoke to the media on Wednesday about his progress.

“Feeling good. It’s been a good process so far,” he told reporters. “Like, six months into it, so feeling good. Been here working hard with our trainers and strength staff here and going well.”

Jones continued, “There’s definitely still work to be done and progress to be made. So, I think it’s just continuing to get stronger, continuing to run faster, cut harder and progress kind of according to the program, but it’s been good. I think we’ve hit all of our marks so far and we’ll continue to do that.”

Jones sustained his injury three games into a disastrous final seven games to the 2025 season for the Colts. The stretch saw them go from 8-2 after Week 10 to eliminated from the playoff race by Week 17.

Four days after his Achilles injury, Jones took to Instagram to thank the Colts fans and organization for sticking by him.

“Thank you to my teammates, coaches, the Colts organization, and all the fans for the overwhelming support,” he wrote. “Tough way to end this season but it has been an honor to wear the horseshoe and play for Colts fans. I’ll miss lining up with my guys, but I’ll be riding with them every step of the way. Go Colts!”

Jones is heading into his second season with the Colts after beginning his career with the New York Giants. He signed a two-year, $88 million contract extension with the franchise in March.

The Colts will open the 2026 preseason on August 13, on the road against the New England Patriots.
