A TEEN has died after a horror attack on a residential road which left two men with stab wounds.

Cops have launched a murder probe, arresting one of the men in relation to the fatal stabbing.

The Metropolitan Police have arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of murder.

Police and the ambulance service were called to reports of a double stabbing at a home in Hammersmith, London around 6pm yesterday evening.

Emergency services found two men with stab wounds at the address in Lena Gardens.

The 18-year-old man tragically died at the scene, despite the best efforts of paramedics.

After he was taken to hospital, the second injured man was arrested on suspicion of murder.

Cops confirmed: “He remains in hospital in a stable condition and once discharged will be taken into police custody.”

The Met has now launched a murder probe into the horror knife attack, with enquiries ongoing.

“It is believed the suspect and victim were known to each other, and police are treating this as an isolated incident,” it added.

Superintendent Pali Grewal, who leads neighbourhood policing in the area, said: “Our thoughts remain with the victim’s loved ones as they come to terms with the tragic events of Sunday evening.

“We understand this will be distressing news for those living locally.

“A crime scene remains in place at Lena Gardens and residents can expect to see increased police patrols in the area.

“I encourage anyone to approach our officers if you have any concerns or questions.”

Police confirmed the teen’s next-of-kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
