The Spurs, who are into the conference finals for the first time since 2017, took four of five matchups from the Thunder during the regular season, but OKC has the homecourt advantage in this series.

The Pistons went 3-0 against the Knicks this season, winning the series by an average of 28 points per game. They would have homecourt against the Knicks.

The Knicks went 2-1 against the Cavaliers this season and would have homecourt advantage over a team that is 1-5 on the road in these playoffs.
