The anime blockbuster Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle is finally going to be available for home viewing this summer on Blu-ray and DVD, but not everybody will have access to it.
Directed by Hikaru Kondô and Haruo Sotozaki, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle first opened in theaters in Japan on July 18, 2025. The film then expanded to other international territories before making its debut in North American theaters with its original Japanese dialogue and an English dub on Sept. 12, 2025.

‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle’ Is Not Yet Available For Home Viewing In The U.S.
While viewers in Japan are finally getting their first chance to see Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle on Blu-ray and DVD on July 29, there is still no word on when the film will be available to watch on physical media or streaming in the U.S.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle was released by Sony Pictures Entertainment/Crunchyroll in theaters in the U.S. Generally, it takes about five months for the studio’s films to arrive for home viewing on SPE/Crunchyroll’s streaming platform.
Instead of a release on Crunchyroll or a streaming release on any digital platforms like Apple TV, Fandango at Home or Prime Video, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle has maintained theatrical presence worldwide.
In February, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity was released in two IMAX venues in Japan, while in March, the film was re-released in the U.S. and Canada, including theaters that show films in the SCREENX format.
