A STALKER has admitted harassing a James Bond producer on Valentine’s Day eight years after being banned from contacting her.

Daniel Wilson, 37, left Barbara Broccoli several voicemails despite the film producer getting a restraining order against him in 2017.

Wilson admitted stalking the 65-year-old 007 boss in Southwark Crown Court on Monday.

Wilson, of Lambeth, south London, appeared before the court wearing a grey jacket with blue sleeves.

He admitted breaching a restraining order and causing serious alarm and distress between April 1, 2022, and February 14, 2025.

Wilson admitted one breach by harassing or intimidating Broccoli between February 12 and 13, 2025, and one by phoning to leave her voicemails on Valentine’s Day 2025.

Judge Christopher Hehir ordered psychiatric and pre-sentencing reports.

Hehir said he would have to choose between a prison sentence and a hospital order when sentencing Wilson.

The stalker has been remanded in custody until March 9.

The judge told the stalker: “You’ve pleaded guilty to a very serious matter and I will need to think very carefully about what sentence to pass on you.

“It seems to me the choice I will have in your case is between a prison sentence and a hospital order.”

The prosecution said there an application would now be made for an indefinite restraining order against Wilson.

Broccoli worked on the Bond films after her father bought the rights to Ian Fleming’s novels in 1961.

She has worked on the much loved franchise since the age of 17, starting in the publicity department for The Spy Who Loved Me.

In 1995 Broccoli went on to become a producer, working first on the classic Bond film, Goldeneye.

She remained in charge of the franchise alongside her half-brother until it was bought up by Amazon.

Broccoli expressed concern about the purchase, allegedly telling pals in 2024 that she didn’t trust Amazon with 007.
