PETER Mandelson offered a Russian model a tour of No 10 at Epstein’s request, new docs claim.
The disgraced lord appears to have tried to organise a tour of Downing Street for the woman, who was linked to Jeffrey Epstein, while he held the role of business secretary.
Mandelson tried to make the arrangements during the 2010 election campaign, according to bombshell Epstein files.
Epstein also requested to bring a woman, with the same name, on a separate occasion, calling her “my future ex-wife” to the business secretary.
Files showed Epstein wanted the model to attend a dinner at the Ritz, in honour of the South African president Jacob Zuma, to add “glamour”.
Mandelson told the paedophile financier the woman was “lucky” to be invited.

Emails sent a day after the dinner appeared to have taken place, reveal Mandelson told Epstein he had been asked for a private meeting with the South African President.
He asked Epstein: “Do we like South Africa??”

More correspondence showed Epstein telling the woman to “send photos, the naughty[sic] the better,” and asking her to “learn tantric massage, sex techniques, prostate massage” later that year.
The same year, Epstein also made plans for the “beautiful” woman, and two others, to meet Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor at Buckingham Palace as it had “lots of privacy”.
These discussions all unfolded after Epstein was released from prison for soliciting prostitution from a minor.
While plans were made, it appears they were never carried out, as reported by The Times.
This comes as files also revealed how Mandelson joked with Epstein about a “well-hung young man”, released docs show.
As voters took to polls during the 2010 General Election, the US paedophile financier asked how his day was going.
Mandelson responded: “We are praying for a hung parliament.
“Alternatively, a well-hung young man.”
Labour lost the election, but the Tories under David Cameron failed to secure an overall win and went into coalition with the Lib Dems.
Mandelson’s messages, and pictures including of him getting a foot massage, are part of three million files released by the Department of Justice in the US.
In others, the Labour grandee labelled the financier’s release after serving a prison sentence for child sex offences as “Liberation Day”.
The former Cabinet minister asked his pal how they should celebrate.
Epstein responded: “With grace and modesty, those are the names of two strippers.”
Mandelson then asked how “freedom is feeling”.
Epstein replied: “She feels fresh, firm and creamy.”
The former Business Secretary ended the conversation with: “Naughty.”
In another email in February 2010, Mandelson discussed a Russian contact with Epstein.
Mandelson wrote: “Waiting to fly to Berlin.
“Upset cos lost the number for the Russian guy I knew there so no fun (again) for Petey.”
He also forwarded a speech he had not yet given.

NIGEL Farage says the Lord Mandelson controversy is the “biggest scandal” in British politics for over ONE HUNDRED years.
The Reform UK leader insisted the fall-out of the Jeffrey Epstein affair is of far greater magnitude than Partygate, Cash for Questions or the expenses scandal.
The party chief spoke out as Sir Keir Starmer attempts to shore up his position questioning how he can ride out the row and survive.
Farage made the damning intervention as he hit the campaign trail in Wales ahead of May’s local elections.
The Reform boss said Mandelson’s links to Epstein is “the biggest scandal in British politics for over one century”.
He said: “It isn’t just some sort of Partygate but a bit bigger.
“This involves sex, it involves money, it involves the royal family. It involves the leaking of market sensitive, confidential information.
“I suspect its pretty close, in many ways, to breaching the Official Secrets Act.
“This is far bigger than the Profumo scandal 60 years ago. This is the biggest scandal in British politics for over one century.”
Farage also pointed the finger at Morgan McSweeney, the PM’s chief-of-staff, for being instrumental in Mandelson taking up the US Ambassador post last year.
Sir Keir yesterday admitted knowing that Mandelson had kept in contact with the disgraced paedophile AFTER his conviction.
He thought McSweeney would be “gone pretty quickly” over his involvement.
Farage added: “I don’t know how long Starmer will last as PM. Indeed, I’m very worried about it. I want him to stay forever.”
He added that he wanted him to stay until at least May 7th when the local elections take place across England and also in Wales and Scotland.
