A group of Southern California residents have had it with a naked man in their neighborhood they said has repeatedly threatened the community while also allegedly exposing himself while kids are around.
Reseda neighbors in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles said the police have done nothing to stop a man who they claim has allegedly been terrorizing the community for years.
The man identified by those who live in the area as “Greg” has lived on a property in the 7700 block of Garden Grove since 2022. Greg has allegedly has made numerous death threats to residents, screaming from his window all through the night, one resident told FOX 11.
Folks in the neighborhood said they have made hundreds of calls to the police for help but said they are being ignored.
One neighbor, Jozef Peter, claimed that he’s contacted the cops personally 209 times.
Another neighbor, Susie Nelson, shared some of the terrifying comments the man has allegedly made.
“He says he’s going to kill people with a knife, he says he’s gonna shoot people,” Nelson told the outlet.
Eduardo Pulido, another person who lives nearby, said the man verbally attacks people.
“People park their cars. He’ll call them [expletives], that we’re all gonna die, your kids are evil.”
The naked man spoke to FOX 11 and told the reporter, “I’m the Messiah, I’m trying to save them… From death,” when she asked why he was doing it.
When the reporter pressed the man about not being a good neighbor for his alleged erratic behavior, he said, “neither are they” and walked away from the window where he was totally nude.
Pictures and videos obtained by KTLA also showed a man wearing no clothes while sitting in a second story window of the property.

One such incident occurred on Thursday, and Nelson told the outlet that the police came out but did not do anything.
“They just start citing all these codes and laws that they can’t do anything. There’s nothing they can do,” Nelson said.
Pulido added, “They’re just waiting for him to finally break and hurt someone; hurt my kids or other neighbors.”
Following the latest incident, LAPD told FOX 11 the man hadn’t committed any crimes, calling it a neighborhood dispute that should be dealt with in civil court.
The Post reached out to the Los Angeles Police Department for further comment.
