Red-headed Mickey Rourke spotted out in LA after getting the boot from Beverly Hills home

A red-headed Mickey Rourke was spotted leaving a Los Angeles pizza shop days after getting kicked out of his rented home in Beverly Grove.

The actor wore dark shades, a partially unbuttoned cowboy-style shirt, and jeans with a hanging leather belt as he left Mulberry Street Pizzeria in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

An eviction notice was also found taped to the door of Rourke’s former Drexel Avenue home, which he officially lost this week.

Court documents show that the Oscar nominee’s former residence is now back under the control of its landlord, Eric T. Goldie.

A judgement filed was filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court by default — meaning the “Iron Man 2” actor likely failed to appear in defense of himself or respond to the complaint before a court deadline.

A December court filing demanded that Rourke vacate the home in three days or come up with $59,100 in back rent.

He was seen removing belongings from the house in January, with a U-Haul truck appearing in the driveway a day later. At the time, he was staying in an upscale West Hollywood, Calif., hotel, with rooms starting at $550 a night.

Rourke made his name in the early 1980s with roles in “Heaven’s Gate,” “Body Heat” and “Diner,” Rourke became one of Hollywood’s most intense leading men with films like “9½ Weeks,” “Angel Heart,” “Barfly” and “The Pope of Greenwich Village.”

In recent years, the actor has carved a much lower-profile. He recently starred in sports romantic comedy “The Roaring Game” and parody film “Not Another Church Movie.”
