NEARLY 100 postcodes across the UK have been hit by Royal Mail disruptions – check to see if one of them is yours.
The postage company has now confirmed all of the postcodes currently in effect.
Royal Mail has apologised after 88 postcodes are confirmed to be at risk of delays.
A large part of this is attributed to two mail centres working behind expected schedule.
Both Chelmsford Mail Centre and Norwich Mail Centre only managed to post “some” of the expected mail in their possession.
Royal Mail said: “We aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week.

Boilers are urgently recalled in UK over ‘high risk of asphyxiation’
“In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues such as high levels of sick absence, resourcing, or other local factors.”
In the case of delays, the company rotates deliveries to try and minimise disruption.
The postage company said: “We’re sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.”
This comes just weeks after it confirmed stamp prices will rise on April 7.
Despite missing postage targets, Royal Mail is set to raise first-class stamps by 10p next month.
Responding to criticism, Royal Mail’s managing director of letters, Richard Travers said: “To protect the service for the future we need to urgently move forward with implementing universal service reform to support a more modern, more reliable and more sustainable service for our customers.”
