Police have released the identity of the suspect wanted in connection with a caught-on-video shootout at a Brooklyn hookah lounge over the summer that left three dead and 10 others wounded.

Haile Cummings, 34, was allegedly part of the three-man crew involved in the deadly shootout with rival gang members at the Taste of the City Lounge in Crown Heights in the early hours of Aug. 17, according to the NYPD.

Cops released a photo of the accused gunman and are asking the public’s help in locating him.

His alleged accomplice, Elijah “Eli Spice” Roy, 25, an “associate” of the 5-9 Brims Bloods crew, was also charged in October as one of the gunmen who blasted more than 40 gunshots in the packed bar in the span of just six seconds.

Chilling footage showed the three alleged 5-9 Brim members walking into the lounge around 3 a.m. and spotting members of the rival Folk Nation Gangster Disciples, including Jamel Childs, who was killed when the shooting started.

One of the 5-9 Brims members, identified by the feds as 19-year-old Marvin St. Louis was among those killed. Amadou Diallo, 27, who was a patron caught in the crossfire, also died from gunshot wounds.

Anyone with information regarding the shooting or Cummings’ whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477)
