For next week’s big iPhone event, don’t expect the usual playbook. Apple’s new CEO John Ternus just took the helm, and reports say he’ll reveal a brand new flavor of iPhone: One that folds — and could cost twice as much.

I’ll be at the Apple Park campus with my colleagues to see what the company has in store for its “Surprise and shine” presentation on Sept. 9. But before I leave, I want you prepared. Today’s One More Thing video, embedded above, features my guide to the questions Apple needs to address for the rumored new iPhones, Apple Watches and AirPods coming soon, and what’s really worth focusing on during the big event.

Our CNET team will be blogging and streaming live throughout Wednesday to give you instant analysis and reactions. You won’t want to miss it.
