President Trump is reportedly planning to attend next month’s World Cup final in New Jersey.

The championship match of the global soccer tournament is scheduled for July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

Sources cautioned that the president’s plans could change closer to the date, according to NBC News.

A White House official confirmed to the outlet that the White House was “holding it” on Trump’s schedule.

Trump attended the FIFA Club World Cup final at the Meadowlands last summer.

The White House did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

The tournament kicked off on Thursday and the US men’s national team played their first match in Los Angeles Friday night.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin were among the members of the Trump administration in Los Angeles attending the US team’s first game.

Trump wished the American squad luck Thursday during a phone call ahead of the team’s match against Paraguay.

“I just called to say you’re a fantastic guy, a fantastic coach,” Trump told US men’s national team manager Mauricio Pochettino. “I know about your record, your success and how great the players are.

“I think you’ve got a really good chance of going all the way so I just wish you a lot of luck.”

Trump, a massive sports fan, has attended several major events since the start of his second term in January 2025 — including Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, this past year’s College Football Playoff National Championship in Miami, the 2025 men’s US Open tennis final at Flushing Meadows and the Daytona 500 auto race in Florida.

Most recently, Trump attended Game 3 of the NBA Finals at Madison Square Garden, where he cheered on the New York Knicks.
