For the second time in the history of the World Cup, the United States Men’s Soccer Team is kicking off its tournament on home soil when it takes on Paraguay at Los Angeles Stadium (SoFi Stadium).
This is the first game in Group D (Turkiye and Australia are the other teams), with the USMNT and Turkiye rated co-favorites. The US is coming in off a loss to Germany in its send-off match, but played well enough to give it encouragement.
The United States is favored in this game.
