A STUDENT died after taking MDMA then collapsing at a Halloween rave in a tragic series of events, an inquest has heard.
Olivia Wojciechowska, 19, had an apparent seizure at the warehouse party and was rushed to hospital.
The inquest at Liverpool Coroners’ Court yesterday heard Olivia had attended the Halloween bash on November 1 2025.
The business student at St John Moores University sadly died in hospital six days later.
She and her friends met before arriving to the party together around 4pm, where Scarlett said she saw her pal take MDMA, the Liverpool Echo reports.
The Halloween bash was at Blackstone Street Warehouse in Liverpool.

Olivia tragically collapsed around 10.05pm and was treated with bags of ice by staff at a welfare tent.
Emergency services were called and she arrived in hospital at 11.45pm in an ambulance.
There, her liver and kidney functions deteriorated. She was intubated, placed on a ventilator and dialysis.
After she was transferred to hospital in Birmingham, it was determined that “sadly Olivia was unlikely to survive”.
She died two days later, before she could receive a liver transplant, the inquest heard.
Coroner Helen Rimmer ruled the cause of death was “multi-organ failure, acute liver failure and drug intoxication”.
“She had consumed ecstasy at a rave event in Liverpool on November 1 with fatal consequences,” Rimmer added.
The coroner also noted Olivia donated her lungs and heart which “saved two other people”.
Tributes from friends have poured in, with pals recalling her as an outgoing social butterfly with a strong sense of humour.
Her friend Scarlett Tonna said: “She was hilarious, she was always the life of the party.
“She’d always love going out and being involved in all the socials.
“She was in the Cheer Society at John Moores and she’d go out with them and dress up.”
Scarlett told the Liverpool Echo hundreds of people had turned out for a memorial walk in tribute to Olivia.
“We had a memorial walk a few days after she passed away and there were hundreds and hundreds of people there who knew her and cared about her,” she said.
Another friend, Niamh Bosher, added: “It seemed like every time you’d go out with Liv, every five minutes you’d stop and talk to someone. She knew everyone and everyone knew her.
“On her birthday we went down the docks and laid flowers down, and a few other people went down too.
“The Cheer Society’s doing a charity event for the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust that helped her get home.
“Everybody still thinks about her.”
Following her death, Olivia was repatriated to Belfast, Northern Ireland.
