Vanderpump Rules star Venus Binkley is optimistic that viewers haven’t seen the last of Lisa Vanderpump’s employees on the small screen.

“I would like to shine without having to intervene with other people’s bulls***,” Venus, 28, exclusively told Us Weekly while attending the 14th Annual Queerties Awards on Tuesday, March 10. “I just want to be funny, iconic and focus on me and nobody else.”

Although Bravo hasn’t officially announced another season of Vanderpump Rules, Lisa, 65, previously claimed on Instagram that the season 12 premiere reached more than 2.6 million viewers across platforms — the largest premiere of any 2025 all-new series..

If another season comes to fruition, Venus made it clear that he has no say when it comes to casting.

“You know, I can’t make those decisions,” he shared at The Avalon Hollywood. “But I love everyone, and I would hope that it would be the same.”

On Tuesday night, viewers watched season 12 officially conclude with the two-part reunion show. During the special, Venus became emotional when looking back on the drama-filled season.

“I became overwhelmed talking about everything, but I will say that was because I was diving into my past,” he explained after sharing details about his previous abusive relationships. “I felt like it needed to be said so that anyone watching that can relate, maybe it can help them see the light at the end of the tunnel.”

Venus continued, “As for me right now, I’m the most healed and satisfied and successful version of myself I’ve ever been, and that version of me is just the past and me getting upset. It was just feeling the emotions of what I went through. But I’m so grateful to be where I am now.”

Now that the cameras have stopped rolling, Venus is grateful to say he remains close with several of his cast members, including Natalie Maguire, Kim Suarez, Marcus Johnson and Audrey Lingle.

He also continues to be amazed that he found himself living his authentic life on reality TV in the middle of West Hollywood, California.

“I will say it has been one of the best experiences of my entire life, honestly, because I’m living out my dreams right now. What more can I ask for?” he shared of his TV experience. “I’m excited to be here [at the Queetries.] I grew up in a small farm town where there was no one gay, so now I’m surrounded by gay men and gay women, and it’s exciting.”

Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules is streaming now on Peacock.
