Dramatic bodycam footage captured the moment a fugitive sought for killing two people near the Players Championship in Florida last week was nabbed by cops on his birthday.

Felon Christian Barrios allegedly killed his ex-girlfriend and her new lover outside a St. Johns County Walgreens store near the PGA Tour site Friday night before stealing a BMW and fleeing, sparking a manhunt.

Barrios eventually crashed the car, then ran into the woods, according to video shared by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.

Nassau County officers homed in on Barrios, who already had 27 arrests under his belt and was out on drug probation at the time.

When they caught up with him Saturday morning — on his 32nd birthday — he surrendered, lying on the ground with his arms spread out, according to the footage released Monday.

An officer is seen pointing his gun at Barrios’ head before another cuffs him around 8 a.m. — about 10 hours after the killings.

“I wanted to make sure that we contained that area so he wouldn’t get away,” Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper said as he described the arrest.

Barrios is awaiting extradition to St. Johns County, where he will likely face murder charges.

He was charged by Nassau cops with grand theft of a motor vehicle, reckless driving and driving with either a revoked or suspended license. He was also charged with resisting law enforcement.

Barrios remains in jail.

He is accused of “immediately and frantically” jumping out of his car in the Walgreens parking lot right before the murders and rushing over to confront his ex and her new flame, according to an arrest report seen by WJXT. The victims have not been named.

After the shooting, Barrios reportedly told a pal that law enforcement would “likely kill him” if there was an encounter.

St. Johns County Sheriff Rob Hardwick said the crime “makes me sick to my stomach.”

Barrios also was previously arrested in 2020 after allegedly punching a woman who was nine months pregnant, according to records seen by WJAX-TV.
