The world’s most famous talent show judge turned up in cool aqua green Mini Moke to his newsstand Sunday – even grabbing a copy of the California Post.

The British-born star lives locally with his fiancée Lauren Silverman, 48, in a luxury 10,000-square foot mansion he bought for $24 million in 2017. They have a son, Eric, who is 12.

“I heard you’d arrived,” he said when asked about the Post.

When asked about the California Post he said: ‘I’m glad it’s happening.”

After being handed a copy by the shop assistant, he glanced at the front page and said: ”That’s cool.”

Cowell said he was also at the stand to ”buy car mags.”

He’s a renowned car enthusiast with a passion for outrageous vehicles, with his collection worth more than $4 million. Cowell has said Minis are his favorite cars, and the only ones he would never sell.

The music moguls latest Netflix show, Simon Cowell: The Next Act, followed his search of next One Direction. While filming, he learned of the death of Liam Payne, a moment that affected him so badly he almost walked away from filming.

“I was in pieces, I’m not going to lie,” he previously told The Post.

”So much so that he halted filming for a few weeks and considered walking away from the project.

The new series focuses on his efforts to mastermind the world’s next big boy band, as he did with One Direction back in 2010 when he put together Payne — then just 16 years old — with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson for Britain’s version of “The X Factor.”

Other stars he’s credited with helping achieve success are Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood.
