The Browns could put in some packages for the speedy Green, and sure, he could start at some point this season. You never know how desperate things will get at quarterback in Cleveland.
If things get really bleak this season, what’s the harm in starting Green late into the year? Green brings immense upside as a rusher and has a live arm that can make all the throws you need. The accuracy might make you rip your hair out, but that’s what a rookie season is for.
