THE body of a woman was found in a supermarket car park following reports of concern for her welfare.
Emergency services were called to reports concern for a woman’s welfare in the car park of an Iceland store in Slough at around 2.30pm yesterday.
Sadly by the time officers arrived the 42-year-old woman had been pronounced dead.
Thames Valley Police have confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
In a statement a TVP spokesperson said: “We are preparing a file for the coroner after an unexplained but non-suspicious death in Slough yesterday.
“A 42-year-old woman was sadly found dead in a car in a car park in Montrose Avenue at around 2.30pm.
“Her next of kin are aware and we have offered them our support at this difficult time.”
