Wu-Tang Clan Hit the Court for NBA Finals Game 4 Halftime Show

Staten Island’s own Wu-Tang Clan hit the court at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night for the halftime show during Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the New York Knicks and San Antonio Spurs.

The group launched into a fiery performance of “Wu‐Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing ta F’ Wit,” “Method Man” and more in an attempt to hype up Knicks fans following a dismal first half as the Spurs entered the third quarter with a huge lead.

More from Rolling Stone

Last year, Wu-Tang delivered an emotional farewell show at Madison Square Garden for a performance billed as the last time that all eight living Wu members will be on the road together. “The magnitude was evident as soon as I got near Seventh Avenue, as a swarm of fans were clad in Wu-Tang Nike Dunks and black and yellow Wu shirts,” Rolling Stone wrote in a review of the show. “Fans ranged from what appeared to be late twenties to middle age, with a few children attending alongside their parents. It was undoubtedly a grown and grimey crowd that descended upon MSG for the show.”

The scene outside of MSG was the same, only the sea of people were wearing blue and orange. The Knicks are two wins away from clinching the 2026 NBA Championship. The Knicks won their last NBA championship in 1973.

Last week, Cardi B brought her Bronx energy to MSG for the halftime show during Game 3 with a performance of “Bodega Baddie” and “Bodak Yellow.”
