Fresh off the release of his third mini-album TR.EE, Jay B, leader of the global group Got7, announced his U.S. leg of his 2026 tape: roots Tour, heading to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tacoma, New York City, Dallas, and Chicago in September.
The South Korean artist kicks off his tour on September 13 at the Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles, then heads to San Francisco’s Palace of Fine Arts, Tacoma’s Pantages Theater, NYC’s Palladium Times Square, Dallas’ The Bomb Factory, and then his final stop at Chicago’s Copernicus Center. VIP packages and inclusions are offered with each city, which include soundcheck, hi-wave, group photos, photocards, a signed polaroid, and more.
The 32-year-old singer-songwriter releases his third EP, TR.EE, on June 10, which was stated to be a “deeply reflective body of work exploring the evolving nature of relationships and the personal growth that blooms through human connection.”
The album’s name, TR.EE, reflects the tour’s name, roots: roots are underneath the surface, and when they’re strong enough, they grow into a tree. It serves as a metaphor of a tree to illustrate how people – like roots – “become stronger through movement, emotion, and shared experiences. As a tree sways while continuing to deepen its roots, relationships too are shaped and strengthened over time through countless moments, both spoken and unspoken.”
Before his September tour dates, Jay B completed his 2026 tape: roots shows in five Asian cities – Seoul, Bangkok, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Jay B last toured for his 2024-2025’s Tape: Re Load tour, following the release of his first full album Archive 1: [Road Runner] (2024). His tour, JAY B Tape: Re Load World Tour, was held across Asia, the U.S., and South America, ending in Bangkok and Seoul in November 2025.
